Human Capital Business Partner

Responsible for providing proactive HR advises and consultation to business units to meet the Company and department objectives in all HR areas, including staffing, performance management, succession planning, and career development.

Requirements :

• University graduate in any discipline. Post graduate would be an advantage
• Min 5 years of experience in human resources management with a big multinational or management consulting company
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
• Advanced knowledge of Balance scorecard and quality improvement approach is important
• Knowledge of telecommunication business/ operations would be an advantage

Senior Auditor – IT

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for leading audit teams in the execution of planned audits/ adhoc audits/review/consulting engagement ( planning, fieldwork, reporting, etc ).; Identifying controls gaps and improvement opportunities and to provide value added, cost effective & practical recommendations to strengthen management control framework in its pursuit of its business / strategic objectives
  

Requirements

• University graduate in IT/Billing preferably in telecommunication industry
• High integrity and objectivity
  
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Confident, responsible, willing to learn and committed to work, self-starter and team-player, go-getter with strong personal drive to succeed
• Ability to provide objective observations and recommendation in a collaborative manner
• Ability to use audit tools such as ACL
• Analytical thinking and could work independently
• Experience in IT Governance, Operating System (UNIX, Windows), Database (Oracle), SAP,  System development methodology and billing system is an advantage

Staff – Account Receivables

Main responsibilities

• Maintain & control Prepaid & Post paid Collection and Inventory activity by daily basis
• Provide monthly receivable prepaid & post paid reconciliation/perform monthly closing
• Provide monthly inventory prepaid reconciliation
• Provide accurate and reliable information/data as a reconciliation data to produce financial (A/R and inventory) reporting in timely manner
• Assists Sales team in order to enhance daily sales process & collection reconciliation
  

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance/Accounting
• 2 – 3 years of experience, preferred as an auditor
• Strong analytical thinking and detail-oriented
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage
